Add your logo and team branding

Let’s give the SessionPBX apps a familiar look. In the administrator workspace, open Branding. This page holds your app colours and separate logos for mobile and desktop. We’re using our Northstar demo workspace.

Start with the colours. Theme color sets the main accent, and Call button color controls the call button. Enter your chosen colour values, then select Save colours. The confirmation tells us the settings have been saved.

Next, prepare the two logo files. The mobile space uses nine hundred by five hundred and seventy-six pixels. Desktop uses ninety-two by thirty-six. Choose a PNG or JPEG, and keep each file below eight megabytes.

Use Upload beneath the relevant logo to choose your file. Here, we add the mobile version, followed by the smaller desktop version. Each upload saves separately. Check both previews, especially the small desktop logo, to make sure the text remains clear.

To update a logo later, use Replace. The bin button removes that version. Here, we remove the desktop logo and upload it again. Check the confirmation and preview after each change.

After reopening the page, our colours and both logos are still saved. The apps load workspace logos at sign-in, so check them on a desktop and a mobile device before rollout. Logo branding is included with Teams Business, or available as an add-on for Teams Phone.
