Record a call and find the recording

Call recording requires the relevant premium features. Make sure everyone on the call agrees to being recorded. This example records spoken audio from an isolated local test service.

Steps
- During a connected call, select Record. The control turns red while recording.
- Select it again to stop recording, then end the call when finished.
- Open Recents → Recorded and choose the call entry.
- Expand the individual call under Call history to reveal its recording player.
- Select Play to listen and use the same control to pause.
- Scroll down to check the playback audio output and volume if needed.

With call recording available in your premium features, and everyone on the call happy to be recorded, select the Record button during a connected call.
The button turns red while recording. This demonstration captures spoken audio from our local test service.
Select the same button again to stop recording. The call itself continues.
End the call when you’re finished, then open Recents.
Choose Recorded to show calls with recordings. The audio symbol also marks the recorded entry.
Open the entry, then expand the individual call under Call history. The recording player appears underneath.
Select Play to listen. The progress bar and elapsed time show playback, and you can pause with the same control.
Scroll down to see the audio-output selector and volume control. If playback is quiet, check these controls and the device you’re listening through.
