App Logo Branding
App logo branding puts your customer’s logo and colours in the SessionPBX mobile and desktop apps their team uses.

Branding is billed to your partner organisation, like the rest of the subscription. Your partner workspace shows the current add-on price next to Add logo branding. See Partner billing.
Add branding to a Teams Phone tenant
- New tenant: when you create the customer tenant, tick Add logo branding under Choose a plan.
- Existing tenant: open the customer from your partner workspace. Under Plan & seats, tick Add logo branding, then select Review plan change and Confirm plan change.
Adding branding is prorated. Removing paid branding takes effect at renewal. Teams Business tenants show Logo branding is included in Teams Business.
Upload the logo and colours
After branding is on, set it up in the customer’s workspace:
- In your partner workspace, open the customer and select Open workspace as admin.
- Open Branding.
- Under Colours, set the Theme color (the apps’ main accent colour) and Call button color, then select Save colours.
- Upload a logo for Mobile / iOS & Android and for Desktop (Windows & macOS, 92×36). Logos must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB. Use Replace to change one.
The apps load the logo from the workspace at sign-in. Check the result on a mobile and a desktop device before your customer’s team rolls out.

If Branding isn’t available in the workspace, check that the tenant is on Teams Business or has the logo branding add-on, and that its subscription is active.
