Forward a call before answering

Forwarding requires the relevant premium features to be enabled and support from your SIP provider. This example was verified against the local test PBX.

Steps
- While a call is ringing, tap the blue forwarding button.
- Enter the destination number on the forwarding dialler.
- Tap the green forwarding button. The incoming call clears from the app.

If you need to send a ringing call to someone else, you can forward it before answering. Make sure the relevant premium features are enabled and your phone service supports forwarding.
While the phone is ringing, tap the blue forwarding button. You’ll see a keypad for the new destination.
Enter the number you want to send the caller to. Have a quick check before continuing, or tap Cancel to return to the incoming call.
Now tap the green forwarding button. Our test phone system sends the caller to that extension, and the incoming call clears from the app.
