Manage two calls and create a conference

Enable premium calling features to use multiple calls and conferencing. Three parties means you and the two other callers. The red phone beside a participant ends that participant’s call; tap the participant row to split the conference.

Steps

1. During a connected call, tap Add call, enter the second number and call it.
2. Use the call-count button to open Select call and choose a caller.
3. Tap the merge control to join both calls into a conference.
4. Open the conference control to show Split calls.
5. Tap a participant to separate the calls, then manage them with Select call.

Transcript

With premium calling features enabled, you can switch between two calls or bring everyone into a conference. Start with one connected call.

Tap Add call. Your first caller goes on hold while you enter the second number. Tap the green button to call it.

Once the second call connects, you can manage both calls. The button at the bottom shows how many you have.

Tap it to open Select call. The tick shows which call is currently selected.

Choose the other caller to return to them. The app resumes that call and puts the other one on hold.

To bring everyone together, tap the merge button. You’ll see Conference, with three parties: you and your two callers.

If you want to speak privately again, open the conference control. You’ll see the participants under Split calls.

Tap a participant to separate the conference into individual calls. That person’s call is selected, and you can use Select call to manage the other one.
