Transfer a call directly to another person

Transfer requires the relevant premium features and support from your phone service. The example uses an automated destination on an isolated local test system.

Steps
- During a connected call, select Blind transfer, the single rising-arrow button.
- Enter the destination number and check it carefully.
- Select the green Transfer call button.
- The call clears from your app when the transfer completes. The caller continues with the destination.

Blind transfer sends a connected call straight to another destination. It needs the relevant premium features and support from your phone service.
During the call, select Blind transfer: the single rising-arrow button.
Enter the destination number. We’re using an automated extension on our local test phone system.
Check the number, then select the green Transfer call button.
The Windows call clears after the transfer. Our original test caller stays connected to the destination. With blind transfer, you don’t speak to the recipient first.
