Make a video call
M18 · Mobile · 1 minute 4 seconds
Video calling requires the relevant premium features to be enabled and support from your SIP provider. This recording uses an emulated camera scene and a local echo service that sends the camera video back; it is not another person’s camera. On a normal video call, the main picture shows the other participant.

First, make sure video calling is enabled in your premium features and supported by your phone service. Then open Advanced SIP settings, Video calls, and switch on Enable video.
Save the settings and enable the account again. Once you see Registered, save the account.
It’s also worth checking Camera and Microphone under Settings, Permissions. Both need to be allowed.
Back on Phone, enter the number you want to call, then tap the green camera button.
For this demonstration, an emulated camera shows a room, and our local test service sends that video back. In a normal call, you’d see the other person in the main picture.
Tap Pause when you want to pause your outgoing camera. The button is highlighted while it’s paused.
Tap it again to resume. You can also mute your microphone or switch cameras using the other controls.
When you’re ready to hang up, tap End. You’ll return to the phone screen.
