Member Workspace
Every SessionPBX invitation includes a team-specific web address. Members sign in there with the same email address and provisioning password used by the SessionCloud apps.
Available pages
- Home — today’s calls, unread messages, unheard voicemail and queue activity.
- Team — the member directory, extensions, presence and enabled capabilities.
- Contacts — personal and shared business contacts.
- Chat — team conversations.
- Voicemail — personal voicemail and shared queue or ring-group messages the member may access.
- Call Log — recent inbound, outbound and internal calls, including available recordings.
- Supervisor — live queue and call controls for authorised administrators.
- Settings — profile, availability, status message and connection details.
Set availability
Open Settings and choose Available, Away, Do not disturb or Appear offline. An optional status message is visible to teammates.
Do not disturb prevents normal calls from ringing that member. Away and offline-style presence states communicate availability but can still allow configured call handling to ring the extension.
Work with queues
The member’s Home and Settings pages show queues they belong to and the number of waiting callers. Queue availability is controlled by the queue’s member state; an administrator can mark an agent Available or Paused in the queue configuration.
Use voicemail
Open Voicemail to search, play, seek, change playback speed, download or delete a message. Playing a new message marks it as heard.
Messages for a queue or ring group are shared. Deleting a shared message removes it for everyone who can access that team mailbox.
Use the call log
The call log can be filtered by result and routing type. A recorded call has a play control that expands an inline player, plus a download action where access is permitted.
Member call logs are operational views. Administrators use Reports in the main SessionCloud portal for the retained reporting record.
Manual SIP connection
The Softphone / SIP area in Settings displays the connection information needed for a compatible third-party SIP client. The SessionCloud Softphone and invitation workflow remain the recommended setup because they also provision messaging, presence and other SessionCloud features.
