SessionTalk Partners
The SessionTalk partner programme is for PBX resellers, managed service providers and communications companies. Approved partners can create and manage separate SessionPBX workspaces for their customers, offer branded softphones and access discounted partner pricing that provides room for resale margin.
You manage the customer relationship and invoice your customers separately. SessionTalk bills the customer subscriptions to your partner account. Partner pricing and commercial terms are available after approval.
Apply to become a partner , or sign in to your partner workspace if you are already approved.
Choose how to deliver the service
| Option | Where the PBX runs | What you manage |
|---|---|---|
| SessionTalk Cloud | SessionTalk infrastructure in Europe, the Americas or Asia | Customer workspaces, users, calling configuration, branding and subscriptions. SessionTalk hosts and manages the PBX. |
| Partner cloud | Your AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean account, or an existing cloud server | Your infrastructure and customer tenants. The portal can deploy SessionPBX and add further customers to the same server. |
| On-premises server | Your own dedicated Debian server | Server operations, connectivity and customer tenants, using the same partner management workflow. |
| Softphones for an existing PBX | Your existing compatible SIP PBX or provider | Your PBX, with Generic or Whitelabel softphone provisioning through SessionCloud. Discuss this separate product route with SessionTalk. |
Partner cloud and on-premises deployments run SessionPBX on your infrastructure. Generic and Whitelabel projects connect softphones to a PBX you already have. The partner tenant wizard creates SessionPBX workspaces; it does not turn a third-party PBX into a managed SessionPBX tenant.
What we support
- Separate customer tenants with their own users, workspace addresses, seat allowances and subscriptions.
- Multiple customer tenants on one partner-owned SessionPBX server, or separate servers where you need them.
- Softphones for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with provisioning from customer invitations.
- Internal calling, messaging, presence and a team directory; connect your own SIP carrier for public numbers and external calls.
- Teams Business features including ring groups, queues, visual call flows, business-hours routing and administrator reports.
- Customer logo branding in the mobile and desktop apps, plus a separate Whitelabel product for apps with your own identity.
- Partner staff access and customer administration, with partner billing kept under the partner administrator’s control.
Feature access follows each customer’s plan. A server shared by several customers does not give every tenant the same plan or an unlimited seat allowance.
