Once a call is connected, you can use these controls without ending the conversation.

Select the microphone to mute yourself. The crossed-out microphone shows that mute is on. The other person won’t hear your microphone.

Select it again to unmute when you’re ready to speak.

To pause the call, choose Hold. The status changes to On Hold, and the control becomes a play button.

Choose Resume to return to the conversation. The call stays connected throughout.

If a phone menu asks you to press a number, open the in-call keypad. Select the requested digit. We’re choosing five in our local test menu, which has received that option.

Close the keypad with the cross to return to the call controls.

Use the red button when you’ve finished the call.
