Transfer a call directly to another person

Blind transfer sends the caller to the destination without a consultation call. Enable premium calling features and check that your SIP provider supports transfers.

Steps
- Answer the incoming call.
- Tap the single-arrow transfer control.
- Enter the destination number, then tap the green transfer button.
- The call clears from the app when the transfer completes.

A blind transfer sends your caller straight to someone else, without speaking to that person first. Make sure premium calling features are enabled and your phone service supports transfers.
With the call connected, tap the transfer button with a single arrow. This opens the destination keypad.
Enter the person’s number and check it’s right. If you change your mind, tap Cancel to go back to the call.
When you’re ready, tap the green transfer button. The call screen closes once the transfer completes. In this example, our test phone system connects the original caller to the new extension.
