Manage multiple calls and conferences

During an established call, click Add call, then dial another destination. The original call is held while the next call connects. Available capacity depends on the app and your service.

Each call card has its own controls. Select the call you want to use, and use hold or resume as needed. More provides additional actions such as Merge calls and Blind transfer.

Create a conference

With compatible calls established, choose Merge calls. Select another call if prompted. The conference shows its participants and their controls.

Split or end calls

Use the split control beside a participant to separate that call from the conference, then manage the resulting call cards. Use the participant’s end-call control to remove that caller. Ending the whole conference ends its calls.

If you navigate away while a call remains active, click the green Back To Call banner to return.
